"Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it
shall be opened unto you." Matthew 7:7
For the glory of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, will you join us in
asking, seeking and knocking before the throne of grace?
1) January 31 is the deadline for a detailed report to the Malian
authorities. In return for the liberty to minister the gospel, we report
investments from four mission stations toward development in this country.
Pray for wisdom and discernment as Dan gathers data and prepares the report.
2) Marsha is in the middle of four weeks with a full guesthouse. A group of
17 people just left. Another group of 10 is here now plus a group of 6. Pray
for strength as she prepares meals and makes them comfortable. She is also
fighting a bug of some kind.
3) The Bamako Guesthouse exterior walls (over 500' long) are taking on a new
look. Pray for the cement masons as they finish the job, adding bricks along
one side, capping the wall and plastering.
4) Five village churches under the auspices of the main Baptist Church next
door are reflecting Christ in their respective communities, largely
animistic. Pray for Dan and Pastor Fassara as they serve each week.
5) The annual Mission/National church conference is scheduled for Feb 18-23.
Pray for Pastor Klueg and his wife coming from NY to be our speaker. Pray
for all the other preparations and for security needed for travel and
hosting.
6) After conference, Dan and Marsha hope to visit Niafunke to hold a medical
clinic as well as a Saber conference for over 30 village leaders who are
using these gospel players. Pray for God to prepare hearts to receive the
Word and for needed resources to make this happen.
